Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, we accept signed POs by mail, fax, or email. You can print your shopping cart form from the website, or print an order form here to accompany your PO .

Do you accept purchase orders online?

No. We need a hard copy of the purchase order. If you already have everything in your shopping cart, just print it and fax it with your PO  (Fax# 800-844-0455).

What are Go Green Books™? How do I download my Go Green Book™?

Go Green Books™ are what we call E-books.

Order 24 hours a day on our web site and INSTANTLY RECEIVE your GO GREEN! E-Book™.

OR …You can call us, FAX us, or send your P.O., and your order will be processed the following work day. It’s that simple! (Don’t forget to include your email address!)

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders received by 7:30AM CST on business days (M-F) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 7:30AM CST are processed and shipped the following business day.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped the next business day (M-F) if received after 7:30AM CST or the same business day if received before 7:30AM CST by one of the following options:

FedEx (1-5 Days)

View the FedEx Days in Transit map here. All orders shipped to schools and most orders over $50 will be shipped using FedEx. Tracking is available by calling our office at 800-729-5137. If we have your email address, you will receive an email with tracking information from FedEx automatically.

  • USPS Priority Mail (3-5 Days)

Most orders under $25 to residences will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Most international orders are also shipped USPS Priority Mail.

  • USPS First Class Mail (3-5 Days)

In some instances, orders may be shipped USPS First Class Mail.

  • Express Shipping

Next Day, Two Day, and Three Day express shipping options are available. Please call us at 800-729-5137 and speak to one of our customer service representatives for an express shipping quote. All express shipments must be prepaid.

Do you ship internationally? How much does it cost?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please email or call us at 800-729-5137 and speak to one of our customer service representatives for an international shipping quote.

Do you offer wholesale/reseller discounts?

I need a W-9 from your company. Where can I get it?

You can download our W9 here: piecesoflearningincw92014a. Or call the office at 800-729-5137 if you need us to fax or email it to you.

What is your Federal ID number?

Our FEID # is 46-4254079. Our company name is Pieces of Learning, Inc. 

We were formerly known as Creative Learning Consultants, Inc dba Pieces of Learning and incorporated in Ohio. We are now (as of February 2014) Pieces of Learning Inc. and incorporated in Illinois.

Can I request a free review copy of a book?

We are a small publisher and usually do not send desk copies. You are welcome to submit a request for a desk copy and we will notify you if it is approved. To do this we need an AAP or NACS Desk Copy Request form. If you do not have one of these forms, please send us the details on letterhead. We will need the following information: Course title, date of course, and expected enrollment.

When do I pay for a staff development workshop?

Payment is expected on the day of your workshop or within 30 days. You may pay ahead of time if that is more convenient for you. Depending on your contract, you may also receive a second invoice for travel expenses.

Do you offer discounts/price matching?

Yes, please call our office at 800-729-5137 if your order exceeds $500 or 50 products for possible discount information.

Will tax be charged on my order?

All Illinois residents will be charged 7.25% tax unless a tax exempt number is provided. At this time, we cannot process tax exempt orders online for Illinois residents. Please call our office at 800-729-5137 and place your order with one of our customer service representatives. Residents of all other states will not be charged tax.

Do you host workshop days I can attend?

Pieces of Learning does not host workshop days, but we do have multiple consultants who are booked all over the United States . Sometimes the professional development workshops are open to the public. If you wish to attend a workshop by one of our consultants but your school is unable to book one, please call our consultant coordinator at 800-729-5137 and she will let you know the workshop nearest you.
