Return Policy – Pieces of Learning

We strive to produce high quality products. However, if the product you ordered does not meet your needs, you may return it within 30 days. First, call for an authorization number. For full refund or credit – less shipping – return as follows: the product must be in saleable condition and must be accompanied by a copy of our invoice. Please explain reasons for your return. Literature Guides are not returnable. Credit only will be given for CDs, Questivities™, Differentiating Lessons, Product Criteria Cards, and Products in a Bag.
